Shipping policy

Planning a trip? Build in the delivery time. Every jorventaz order travels from our partner warehouse in China, and the whole journey takes 11–17 business days.

Leg 1 · Getting ready (3–5 business days)

The warehouse picks your dress, checks it and packs it for the trip.

Leg 2 · The journey (8–12 business days)

Your parcel crosses to the US and is delivered by USPS or FedEx.

When the countdown starts

Order by 6:00 PM MT on a weekday and that day counts. Orders after the cut-off or on weekends and holidays start the next business day. All dates are estimates; customs or carrier backlogs can slow things down.

Fares

Shipping is $7.95 per order and free on orders of $60 or more (after discounts). Import duties are already included in our prices, and no sales tax is added at checkout.

Destinations we serve

The 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Sorry — no delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. P.O. Box? No problem: those orders go with USPS, since FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
