Didn't suit the trip? You have 30 days after delivery to send it back, and the return label is free.

How it works

• Write to support@jorventaz.com with your order number and the item.
• Within 24 hours you'll get a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Drop the parcel with the carrier shown on the label.

Please don't post a return without our label — we can't match it to your order.

Condition on return

Unworn, unwashed, tags on, in the original packaging with all included pieces (sashes, straps, covers). No restocking fees.

If something is wrong

Damaged on arrival or not what you ordered? Send us a photo of the item and its label and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — the return is free.

Different size or color

Tell us which one you'd like. We'll send it if it's available; if not, you'll be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returns warehouse receives the item; your bank may take another 3–10 business days. The $7.95 shipping fee is not refunded on change-of-mind returns.
